This is a legally binding agreement between you and, severably, the members of the group known as r2 Studios. By installing or continuing to use the software you agree to the terms of this agreement.

r2 Studios assigns you a non-exclusive, non-assignable and personal license to use the software based on your continued compliance with the terms of this agreement. The grant of this license is not, and cannot be deemed to be, an assignment of the software. For the avoidance of doubt, r2 Studios expressly withholds ownership of all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights contained in the software.

The software is freeware and you may distribute it to other parties via electronic means. If you would like to include this software on magazine cover disks, file archives or other large scale distributions, please contact at http://www.xionplayer.com/page/contact for permission and conditions.

r2 Studios has thoroughly tested this software but cannot guarantee its compatibility with your system. We check that our software does not contain any malicious code but cannot guarantee that the software does not contain malicious code (such as computer viruses or Trojan horses) if it has not been downloaded from http://www.xionplayer.com or in the case that the r2 studios server was compromised.

As far as permitted by law, r2 Studios makes no warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will r2 Studios be liable to you or any other person for any loss suffered through the use of the software.
